LA PLATA, Md. – Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is hosting an information session at 6 p.m. on Wednesday Aug. 22 at the Jesse L. Starkey Administration Building for any Board of Education candidate seeking office in the November General Election.
During the session, Superintendent of Schools Kimberly Hill and CCPS executive staff will provide candidates with an overview of the school system, as well as answer questions about education-related topics.
The session will be held in the staff development room of the Starkey Building and is set to end at 8 p.m. The information session is intended for Board of Education candidates; however, it is open to the public.
