The Maryland Right to Life Political Action Committee (PAC) has endorsed Collins Bailey in his bid to become House Representative of Maryland’s 5th Congressional District which is composed of all of Calvert, Charles, St. Mary’s, and part of Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties. Maryland Right to Life is the leading pro-life advocacy group in Maryland.
