The local Science Fair will be held at Great Mills High School this Saturday, Jan. 31. It is open to the public and will be held in the cafeteria from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Awards Ceremony will be in the GMHS auditorium beginning at 3:30 p.m. There are 180 individual projects and three team projects, making this the largest Science Fair ever in St. Mary’s County.
STEM students are well represented as well as non-STEM students. There is also more community partner participation this year than ever. It is so exciting to see the consistent growth and accomplishments over the past few years.
