As part of the Commissioners of St. Mary’s County’s October 28, 2014 meeting agenda, the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) will present its Draft FY 2015-2020 Consolidated Transportation Program (CTP) for review and comment by the Commissioners. The road show presentation is scheduled to begin at 1:30 pm and include a discussion on the status of transportation projects in progress and in planning for St. Mary’s County.
The CTP is Maryland’s six-year capital budget for transportation projects. It includes projects and programs across MDOT, including the Maryland Aviation Administration, Motor Vehicle Administration, Maryland Transit Administration, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Maryland State Highway Administration, Maryland Port Administration, and Maryland Transportation Authority.
Commissioners of St. Mary’s County business meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend.
