WALDORF, Md. –ย Community Bank of the Chesapeake continues its annual calendar contest, but this year with a little twist. This yearโs concept revolves around the idea of โCommunity Bank of ___.โ Participants are encouraged to take pictures around the community which will represent one of the unlimited possibilities that can be used to fill in the blank to the phrase. This contest will spotlight the many aspects to the word community and visually show what community means to different people.
โWe are very excited about this yearโs Calendar theme, โCommunity Bank of ____,โโ said Diane Hicks, Vice President, Director of Marketing at Community Bank of the Chesapeake. โWe believe this contest will spark creativity and give contestants the opportunity to capture the essence of community.โ
Participants can submit their photos from August 15, 2018 to September 9, 2018. Community Bank of the Chesapeakeโs marketing team will select 12 photos that encompass the meaning behind community. The calendar will also include a cover photo and a โPeopleโs Choiceโ photo, voted on at the end of submission period.
Winners will be awarded a prize of a $50 gift card and wood block of their selected image, to applaud their accomplishment.
