Five community leaders gathered Sat, Oct. 23, 2010 to share the secrets of their success on a Leadership Panel as part of the “Building Excellent Students Together” conference.
The panel discussion is now airing on County Government Channel 95. The program will air on Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. and on Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m. and subsequently air once each week.

The discussion was part of the youth leadership academy for students. The panel included leaders from government, military, business, volunteerism and social entrepreneurship including John Bohanan, Delegate, Maryland General Assembly; Seth Shaffer, Founder/Executive Director Harmony Through Education; Kathleen Reif. Director: St. Mary’s County Library; Mike Zabko, CEO: Southern Maryland Chapter American Red Cross; Tamika Tremaglio, Principal (Partner) Deloitte * Financial Advisory Services. LLP; and HMC Billy James, Corpsman Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The panel was moderated by Bob Schaller, PhD, Director of Economic and Community Development, St. Mary’s County Government.
