Pomonkey Historic District Community Meeting
On Wednesday, July 29 the Charles County Department of Planning and Growth Management, The Ottery Group, and the Pomonkey High School Alumni Association are holding a community meeting to discuss the history and significance of the village of Pomonkey.
Public input is invaluable during this process of identifying key properties and community traditions that have made Pomonkey stand out as a prominent community for over a century.

WHERE: Metropolitan United Methodist Church (3385 Metropolitan Church Road)
WHEN: Wednesday, July 29
TIME: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Staff will be available at the Metropolitan United Methodist Church between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to scan and document photos before the community meeting.
