WHITE PLAINS, MD — On July 12 at 5:30 p.m., a construction worker fell into a manhole at Crain Highway and Stan Haven Drive. Local fire and EMS have responded to the scene. Subject has been removed from the manhole and has been transported via helicopter to a local hospital for medical treatment.
