At 3 p.m. Aug. 7, TFC P. Trossbach attempted to stop a motorcycle for a registration violation on Busy Corner Road in Loveville.
The driver, Brian Anthony Bowles, 18, of Colton’s Point, failed to stop. TFC Trossbach continued behind the motorcycle and at the intersection of Busy Corner and Route 247, TFC Trossbach pulled beside the motorcycle and instructed the driver to pull over. Bowles drove off the road and into a field where the motorcycle became disabled and he was arrested.
A check through MVA indicated his license was suspended. Bowles was charged with fleeing and eluding, driving while suspended, operating an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, and other traffic violations. He was taken to the detention center and held pending a bond review.
