Calvert County Cpl. Vladimir Bortchevsky made a traffic stop on a vehicle on Feb. 19 at 9:40 p.m. on southbound Md. Route 765 near Appeal Lane in Lusby. The driver, later identified as Joshua Adam Landes, 19 of Lusby, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.
Landes was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a grape White Owl cigar, used to inhale marijuana.
