On March 11, at 12:29 a.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle for traffic violations at Rt. 260 at Rt. 778 in Owings.
During a search of the vehicle, the driver, William Hall, 40 of Huntingtown, and the passenger, Delano Creek, 44 of Lothian, were found to be in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
They were arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
