On March 21, at 09:30 a.m., Trooper First Class K. Greggs responded to the 4000 block of Buck Board Lane in Dunkirk, for a reported theft.
The complainant advised that unauthorized charges on her husband’s check card. The victim stated that the credit card was apparently taken from her place of employment.
Andrew A. Cella, 25, and Karen F. Cella, 47 of Dunkirk, have been arrested and processed at Calvert County Detention Center.
