DUNKIRK, Md. – On Feb. 28 at 4:12 p.m., the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office reported a crash on southbound Route 4 in the area of Apple Way in Dunkirk. Reports say that Route 4 is down to one lane in the area of the crash. Expect delays.
