CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. – Dec. 7, 3:37 p.m. crews responded to Three Notch Road in the area of Mt Wolf Road, Charlotte Hall for the report of a crash. Reports say that one vehicle is off of the roadway and one motorist is suffering chest pains following the crash. Use caution in the area.
