Martinez-Marroquin
UPPER MARLBORO, Md. – The Office of the Sheriff’s Warrant/Fugitive Division reported the arrest of Ronny Martinez-Marroquin on November 30, 2020, on a warrant for Sex Abuse of a Minor obtained by police on November 12, 2020.
According to the warrant, in February 2020, through September 2020, a minor victim disclosed that on several different occasions, they were allegedly forced by Martinez-Marroquin into having sexual intercourse with him at a home located in Capitol Heights, MD.
On November 30th, deputies executed the warrant for Martinez-Marroquin at a home in Capitol Heights, MD. When deputies knocked on the door the resident who answered allowed them to enter the home. Once inside, deputies identified Martinez-Marroquin and served the warrant, placed him into custody, and safely transported him to the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, MD, without incident.
Martinez-Marroquin is also charged with Second-Degree Rape, Second-Degree Assault Third Degree Sex Offense and Fourth Degree Sexual Contact.
