
GREAT MILLS, Md. – Take control of your health while enjoying delicious meals! This four-week program presented by Dr. Deon Littles, Family & Consumer Sciences Agent from the University of Maryland Extension, is designed for individuals with diabetes or pre-diabetes who want to learn how to manage their condition through smart food choices.
Each session will cover practical tips for meal planning, portion control, and reading nutrition labels, along with cooking demonstrations featuring healthy, flavorful recipes. Participants will gain confidence in creating balanced meals that support blood sugar management without sacrificing taste.
