On April 24, St. Mary’s County Deputy Seyfried responded to a residence in California, for a report of a domestic assault.
Investigation revealed Catherine Alicia Taylor, 25 of California, was in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Taylor grabbed the victim by the arm causing a bruise.
Taylor was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
