On February 25, Dfc. S. Ruest responded to a residence on Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for a report of a domestic assault.
Investigation revealed Dale Lee Lokey, Sr., 41 of Lexington Park, was involved in a verbal dispute which escalated into a physical assault when Lokey, Sr., tackled the victim to the ground. The victim was able to break free and Lokey, Sr., slapped the victim across the face.
The assault was stopped by a third party in the residence.
Lokey, Sr., was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
