Driver Injured After Vehicle Strikes Pole In White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, Md. — A driver was hospitalized Thursday afternoon after crashing into a utility pole along Billingsley Road in White Plains.

First responders responded to the intersection of Billingsley Road and Fawn Lane shortly after 2:30 p.m. on July 10, 2025. When crews arrived, they found a car had struck a pole, bringing down power lines across the roadway.

EMS evaluated one adult male on the scene. He sustained minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to UM Charles Regional Medical Center for treatment.

No other injuries were reported.

Police continue to investigate the crash.
