LEONARDTOWN, Md. — On Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, at about 5 p.m., a vehicle struck a tree on Fairgrounds Road in the area of Clay Hill Road.
First responders were initially dispatched for a report of a crash with possible entrapment. Crews arrived and confirmed no one was trapped.
EMS evaluated one patient at the scene and transported them to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation.
