On January 24, Deputy Fahey had a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation.
Corduero Lasale Moore, 22 of Washington D.C., was a rear seat passenger in the vehicle during the stop. Sgt. Young observed Moore attempt to hide something in a chip bag during the stop. Moore was asked to step from the vehicle. The chip bag was left open and Sgt. Young could see in the bag.
Contained in the chip was a plastic baggie containing suspected marijuana. Moore was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
