On December 22, at 10:12 p.m., Leslie Anne Brown, 23 of Mechanicsville, was arrested by TFC C. M. Evans for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Alprazolam.
TFC Evans responded to Mechanicsville Road, east of Carpenter Drive in Mechanicsville for the reported single vehicle accident. Upon arrival, contact was made with the driver, Ms. Brown and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her breath. She was subsequently arrested for DWI/DUI.
Brown was taken into custody and transported to the Leonardtown Barracks for processing for the DWI/DUI arrest. Brown was found to be in possession of Marijuana and five Alprazolam pills. She was later transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner
