On Dec. 12, at 4:10 pm, Trooper M. Haut stopped a vehicle for traffic violations. The driver, identified as Jeffrey Alan Mills, 35 of Chesapeake Beach, was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. A search incident to arrest, revealed marijuana and prescription drugs.
Mills was subsequently transported to the Prince Frederick Barrack for processing and charged with possession of marijuana.
