Mechanicsville, MD – A crash early Tuesday morning, Nov. 6 resulted in the transport via ambulance to Prince George’s Trauma Center. According to the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department, the crash occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. at Lockes Hill Road and New Market Turner Road. One motorist was trapped inside the vehicle. Three ambulances made the ground transports since the emergency helicopters were out of service due to the weather. A fourth person involved in the crash refused treatment.
The crash is under investigation and a report is pending.
