The election is only 27 days away. Romney has proved himself to be a worthy opponent to the President during the first televised debate last week as Obama maintained that his policies were working but simply needed more time. Senator Mark Rubio of Florida has been quoted in the Global Edition of the NY Times as saying “a vote for Barack
Obama is a vote for four more years of economic stagnation and weak foreign policy; as well as higher taxes, debt, and health care costs.”
I’ve spoken to friends and acquaintances, urging them to vote for Romney.ย Some of themย have really weak excuses for not wanting to do so, such as “Oh, Obama’s had a really rough time”, or “he inherited quite a mess”, or “the Republicans just won’t work with him,” or “he’s doing the best he can,” or “not much will change in the next 4 years no matter who’s President,โ or “no one could fix the economy in just four years,” or – the worst one I’ve heard so far –ย “just give him another chance.” And then our conversation comes to a halt when they tell me they plan to vote for Obama…again.
Another chance? Maybe if it were going to be for 4 more weeks or 4 more months, but 4 more years? ย Is this really what we want? ย Check out below to see what other Republican candidates have on their agendas, and plan to come on out to support them.
