Fire and Rescue crews in St. Mary’s County responded to the 22600 block of Kinnedgad Drive in California shortly after 6 p.m. on Jan. 18 for report of a house fire.
Fire and rescue calls arrived on the scene following a 911 call for report of an upstairs bedroom in a two story single-family home on fire. The homeowners reported smelling something burning. Crews arrived on the scene and found no sign of smoke or fire.
No injuries were reported.
