Five victims residing on Mears Bend in Chesapeake Beach advised that unknown suspects had stolen items from within their vehicles while they were parked overnight between May 8 and 9.
More than $4000 in property was taken, including a Garmin GPS Navigation system, a Sony Handi Cam, Oakley sunglasses, an Ipod, numerous Stanley, Ryobi, Makita, Craftsman and Milwaukee tools.
No damage to the vehicles was reported. DFC Pete Aurich is investigating.
