Governor Martin Oโ€™Malley will be joined by Lt. Governor Anthony Brown, Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller, Jr, members of the Executive Cabinet, County Commission President Wilson Parran, other local officials, and area residents to declare Calvert County Marylandโ€™s โ€œCapital for a Dayโ€ tomorrow.ย
