ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Today at 12:00 p.m., Governor Hogan (R) is set to deliver his fourth State of the State Address to the 188 member general assembly. Some of the topics Hogan is expected to address include the impact of the Federal Tax Reform on Maryland, the opioid crisis, and health care.
After the address, Democratic Sen. Nancy King of Montgomery County is set to offer her party’s response.
