ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Today at 12:00 p.m., Governor Hogan (R) is set to deliver his fourth State of the State Address to the 188 member general assembly. Political analysts expect Hogan to use the speech as an opportunity to lay out a plan for re-election, promote his past accomplishments, and push his legislative agenda.

Some of the topics Hogan is expected to address include the impact of the Federal Tax Reform on Maryland, the opioid crisis, and health care.

After the address, Democratic Sen. Nancy King of Montgomery County is set to offer her party’s response.
