On Oct. 20 at 11:55 p.m., Trooper Lewis responded to a residence on Chaneyville Road in Owings for a reported burglary.
The investigation revealed that someone entered the victim’s residence and stole a Highpoint .22 caliber handgun with silver and black grips.
