On 9/23/15 at 9:00 pm, Trooper First Class Oles responded to the 600 block of Quiver Court in Lusby for a reported verbal dispute.  When attempting to make contact with the involved parties, several items with suspected Heroin were observed on a table next to the door.  The homeowner gave permission for Consent to Search and Seize items within the room.  An arrest warrant for Samuel B. Borgholthaus, 31 of Lusby, is pending service.
