Still have last-minute shopping to do? Don’t worry; the Calvert Marine Museum Store will be open until 3:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve!
Although the museum will be closed to the public on December 24 and 25, the museum store will open its doors at 10:00 a.m. on Christmas Eve and stay open until 3:00 p.m. The museum will reopen on Thursday, December 26 and is offering special events the rest of the week such as Focus on Fossils and Maritime Day.

The museum is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission is $9.00 for adults, $7.00 for seniors and military with valid I.D., and $4.00 for children ages 5 – 12; children under 5 and museum members are always admitted free. The Calvert Marine Museum will close January 1 for renovation. Stay posted for the reopening date in March 2014.
