On Monday, January 2, 2012 at 12:15pm, TFC A. J. Malaspina responded to the St. Mary’s Hospital for a reported assault. Upon arrival, TFC Malaspina determined that no assault occurred at the location, but that a male subject was refusing to leave the premises. Christopher Scott Lacey, 26, of Lexington Park refused to leave the location and was subsequently placed under arrest for Trespassing. Mr. Lacey was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
