On Nov. 23, Cpl James Molitor responded to a Lexington Park residence for a report of a domestic related disturbance.
Cpl Molitor’s investigation revealed Timotheus James, 32 of Lexington Park, became involved a dispute. During the dispute, James pushed his wife to the floor and struck her repeatedly in the head.
James was arrested, charged with second-degree assault and released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
