During a Sheriff’s Office Special Operation Assignment, Suspect Noberto Gallegos Tovar (Age 23 of Lusby) was located in the parking lot of a Lexington Park establishment consuming alcohol and urinating in public.
He was arrested and found to be in the country illegally.
