LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On Jan. 21 DFC. D. Smith responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center regarding an assault.
Investigation revealed both inmates/suspects assaulted each other while in an argument about the TV remote. Diamante Raquan Butler, age 19, of Lexington Park, and Mark Steven Garner, age 29, of Suffolk, VA, were both charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 3676-18
