Chopticon High School

LEONARDTOWN, Md. – A male juvenile student at Chopticon High School has been criminally charged as an adult with First-Degree and Second-Degree Assault following an incident at the high school on Monday, March 4, 2024.

A preliminary investigation by the Sheriff’s Office revealed that five students attacked another student in the hallway of the school. Specifically, during the assault, this suspect’s actions had the potential to cause life-threatening, severe, serious bodily injury to the victim.

The other four suspects involved in the assault have been charged as juveniles with Second-Degree Assault.

  1. Maryland’s educational system is great. They are teaching hatred, fight clubs, gun toting, and everything but true history, mathematics & science.

  2. The parents of the victim need to go after the other parents financially for raising wild animals. When parents start being held accountable for their Childs crimes and behavior, things will change. I bet most Michigan parents will be more backpack, weapon vigilant now.
