Two juvenile males, one fifteen and one seventeen, both from Lusby, were each charged with theft on youth reports after it was determined by Dep. James Norton that they had stolen two bicycles from the Cove Point pool on June 12, at around 6 p.m.
The bikes were returned to the two juvenile victims.
The suspects were charged and released to a parent.
