MECHANICSVILLE, Md. — St. Mary’s County Government’s Department of Recreation & Parks (R&P) is still accepting four-person teams for the Tee-It-Up for Kids Golf Tournament on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, at Wicomico Shores Golf Course in Mechanicsville. Registration closes at noon Thursday, Oct. 2.
Teams can register online at www.stmaryscountymd.gov/golftournament. The fee is $375 per four-person team. Registration includes 18 holes of golf, continental breakfast, food, limited on-course beverages and entry into door prize drawings. Individuals without a team will be paired with others. The tournament will be capped at 30 teams.
Proceeds benefit the R&P youth scholarship program, which provides discounted access for children in St. Mary’s County to attend summer camps, sports and other recreation programs. The tournament has raised more than $195,000 for the program over several decades.
