UPDATE: Four Injured In High-Speed Crash Near St. Inigoes State Forest After Shots Fired Report
ST. INIGOES, Md. – On November 28, 2024, at approximately 9:20 p.m., fire and rescue personnel responded to a serious motor vehicle on Beachville Road in the area of St. Inigoes State Forest.
Crews arrived to find a vehicle overturned with four injured occupants. EMS evaluated 4 patients on the scene and requested a MEDEVAC.
Firefighters established a landing zone nearby for Maryland State Police Trooper 7 and Trooper 4 helicopters. All four patients were subsequently airlifted to an area trauma center for treatment.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
