The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a personal injury accident that occurred Wednesday afternoon on Alton Lane, an access road to the Laurel Glen Shopping Center in front of Food Lion in California. The accident was reported at 1:42 p.m. Units from the Lexington Park Volunteer rescue Squad and the Bay District Volunteer Fire department responded.
