PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. — The online Voters’ Guide from the League of Women Voters of Calvert County is now available at Vote411.org. Candidates for every office that will be on the ballot were asked to respond to questions relating to the duties of the office they are seeking. Their unedited responses are published in the guide.

Voters can go to Vote411.org and type in their address. A list of all candidates who will appear on the primary election ballot precinct will be displayed. There are also links to request an absentee ballot or update voter registration information (either to change party affiliation or provide a new address).

The League of Women Voters is dedicated to voter education and encourages informed and active participation in government. Carrie Chapman Catt, one of the founders of the League of Women Voters, once said, “The vote is the emblem of your equality…the guarantee of your liberty.”

Our complete Voters’ Guide is also available in .PDF format on our website at LWVCalvert.org.

Founded in 1920, the League of Women Voters is a citizens’ organization that seeks to improve government and engage all citizens in the decisions that impact their lives.
