St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Detectives received information related to possible distribution of controlled substances from a particular residence.
An investigation confirmed the drug activity at suspect Ryan Duke Aud’s home in Leonardtown. A Search and Seizure Warrant was obtained by Vice Narcotics Detectives and was executed with the assistance of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Team.
Once inside Detectives located nearly 50 ecstasy pills with a street value of almost $1,000, a quantity of marijuana, related paraphernalia and seized $451.00.
Suspect Ryan Aud, 22 of Leonardtown and Jonathan Kuehl, 20 of Leonardtown, were both arrested and charged accordingly.
Additional charges are pending a case review with State’s Attorney Richard D. Fritz.
