-On October 25, 2013, Deputy Krum and Deputy Wood of the Lexington Park COPs UNIT were conducting mountain bike patrol in the area of Gooseneck Drive in the West Westbury Subdivision. The deputies observed a vehicle occupied by three subjects parked on the street and detected an odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. The three subjects were detained and searched. Quantities of suspected marijuana were recovered on two of the subjects, identified as Tyree Allen Britt, 18 and Kevin Francis Thompson, 24 both of Lexington Park, Maryland. Britt and Thompson were placed under arrest and transported to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center. They were charged with Possession Controlled Dangerous Substance โ Marijuana.ย
-On October 25, 2013, Deputy Beishline observed Robert Keith Long, 54, of no fixed address, on the property of Millisonโs Plaza after having been served a notice not to trespass in September 2013. Long was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center. He was charged with Trespass Private Property.
-On October 25, 2013, deputies assigned to the Lexington Park COPs UNIT observed Joseph Kenny Morgan, 50, of no fixed address, walk into vehicle traffic on Great Mills Road. He was almost struck by a vehicle. Morgan was detained and found to be extremely intoxicated by Deputy First Class T. Snyder. Morgan was placed under arrest. He was transported to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center and charged with Alcohol Public Danger. His companion, identified as Eileen Day Jackson, 46, of Lexington Park, Maryland, was in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Jackson was charged with the alcohol violation via criminal citation by Corporal Ray.
-On October 25, 2013, Deputy Krum and Deputy Wood of the Lexington Park COPs UNIT were conducting mountain bike patrol in St. Maryโs Square on Great Mills Road. They observed three female subjects standing in the back of the Executive Hair Salon. Deputies observed a suspected marijuana cigarette at their feet. During a search, one of the subjects, identified as Jaleesa Starr Williams, 24, of Lexington Park, Maryland, was in possession of an amount of suspected marijuana. Williams was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center by Deputy Beishline. She was charged with Possession Controlled Dangerous Substance โ Marijuana.
