Update 5/16/2017-
According to charging documents, Rainier Nazal Dizon, 35, of Lexington Park is charged with first and second degree rape, sex offense in the third degree, and second degree assault.
Court documents state that on the night of May 11, 2017 Dizon allegedly raped his live-in girlfriend at the home they shared. The victim, who has not been identified, told police Dizon tried to strangle her by putting his hand around her throat and also hit her in the head. Dizon allegedly forced himself on the victim, despite her pleas for him to stop.
Investigators said Dizon confirmed the attack over the phone with the victim while an officer was listening to the phone call. Dizon made statements that he was aware the consent was against the will of the victim. During the conversation, Dizon also made several statements implying he was not sorry for what he had done and that he was well aware of his actions.
A warrant was issued for Dizon’s arrest and he was taken into custody on May 12, 2017.
The reported crime is being investigated by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.

A warrant was issued for Dizon and he is charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Rape, 3rd Degree Sex Offense, and 2nd degree Assualt. Dizon is currently being held at the Detention on Bond Status
