ANNAPOLIS, Md. — House Bill 655 which was introduced by Delegate Brian Crosby[D-St. Mary’s], is set to be debated on the House Floor on Feb. 25.
This follows a heated debate from Feb. 23, where House Republicans delayed the discussion in order to garner some amendments for the bill today.
