On February 22nd Detectives from the St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal investigations arrested Charles Henry Cullison, 57 years old, from Leonardtown, and charged him with three counts of committing a sex offense in the third degree, from three separate incidents with a minor child, which occurred in January and February of this year.
He was incarcerated at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
