ST. CHARLES TOWNE PLAZA RENOVATION NOW UNDERWAY

WALDORF, Md. (July 15, 2015) โ€“ St. Charles Towne Plaza, known for its value-conscious furniture, grocery, quick-service restaurants and specialty retail mix, has launched its anticipated renovation. Significant updates will include the installation of contemporary elements such as new LED lighting, fresh landscaping, remodeled facades, sidewalk replacements and new convenient seating areas.

The aesthetic exterior update will also include a brighter color palette, the installation of new directional signage and enhanced architectural features including brick designs. The renovation is being performed in stages which will result in minimal disruption to shoppers. The project is scheduled to be completed in November 2015.

This past June, the property welcomed Ashley Furniture Home Store. Last year saw the addition of St. Charles Pharmacy, PC Retro Computers, Panda Express and Isle of Vape. Hibachi Buffet and Burger King recently underwent their own remodeling projects.
