On June 11 at 11:50 a.m., officers responded to the 8500 block of Ridge Court in Waldorf after the homeowner noticed a car pull up to her mailbox and grab the outgoing mail.
The suspect was driving an older model, four-door passenger car. Officer S. Hooper is investigating.
