PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – As we move into fall, now is the time to make sure you are registered to vote.  Any citizen who is at least age 16 can register to vote.  And all registered voters who are at least age 18 by Tuesday, November 6, can cast a ballot on Election Day.

Make sure your voice is heard this election!  If you are not already registered, if you have moved, or if you aren’t sure how to register to vote, this is your chance.  Please join the League of Women Voters of Calvert County at the College of Southern Maryland in Prince Frederick on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., in the John E. Harms Academic Center (the Flagship Building, formerly called Building A).  CSM is located at 115 J.W. Williams Road in Prince Frederick, just off of Route 231.

September 25, National Voter Registration Day, celebrates our democratic process, increases awareness of voter registration opportunities, and registers voters, especially those who might not otherwise register.

Don’t wait.  The last day to register to vote in the November 6th General Election is October 16, 2018.
